The Fishermans Cottage in Whitstable was cozy and charming, giving off a beachy vibe that made me feel instantly relaxed. The bathroom with the bath or shower option was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I would have preferred another bathroom with a shower instead of just one option.

The Fishermans Cottage in Whitstable was such a cozy and charming place to stay! The bathroom with a bath or shower felt like a retreat, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. As a family, we loved having the option to soak in a warm bath or take a quick refreshing shower.
Personally, we would have preferred if the second bathroom also had a bath or shower. But hey, to each their own!

The nautical-themed decor of the cottage was absolutely charming and brought back memories of seaside vacations from my youth. The cozy sitting area with its comfortable furniture and tasteful ornaments made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible for us seniors, with no steep stairs or long walks to the main areas. It was a delightful environment that suited our needs perfectly.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of older guests. A small handrail near the staircase or in the bathroom would have been greatly appreciated.

I recently stayed at the Fishermans Cottage in Whitstable for a chilled girls weekend away. The location was amazing, walking distance to the beach, markets, shops, and restaurants. The off-road parking was a great bonus, and the cottage itself was larger than expected, with a cozy sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the shower was fantastic, even though it was a bit low for my tall husband. a perfect stay.
Can recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing location! Everything was super easy once we found the key box. Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Free off-road parking was a jaw-dropping bonus. The cottage was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The shower was fab, although a bit low for my tall husband. Despite some building noises, we had a fantastic time with great Wi-Fi and comfortable rooms. Can't wait to come back! Thank you! Xxx
